NPA on demand was founded and created in March 2020 in response to the COVID19 outbreak which has been crippling small businesses in the Restaurant, Cafe and Takeaway market. Businesses were forced to shut their doors and only accept orders for takeaway and delivery. For many restaurants this means that they have to adapt or perish!
Other platforms which integrate online orders take commissions that cripple the business profits. So we here at NPA On Demand decided to find a way any small business can integrate an online ordering platform that allows restaurants to take online orders off their own private restaurants and complete deliveries with no commission.
